“We originally started working with Bree Soellner of Harcourts Prestige Properties in September of 2016. From the beginning, Bree was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about the properties in the La Jolla area. Since we live out of town, we initially met her to view one condo that quickly sold. Soon after that, we made another trip to La Jolla and viewed three or four other properties. After that, she knew enough about our likes and dislikes and what were "must haves" in the area. We corresponded back and forth over the end of the year but properties were at a premium near the holidays so we informed her that we would put our search on hold. Bree continued to follow the market and sent us some new listings beginning in February. She was persistent and very effective but not high pressure. Soon after that, we finally put in a bid on a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo but our bid was not accepted as the seller chose a cash buyer. We were disappointed but she kept looking for other properties while she kept a close eye on that transaction. The cash buyer soon pulled out and since she was in contact with the selling agent, our bid from the previous offer was accepted. We closed escrow in just over a month and could not have gone at that speed without her constant help through the process. We would highly recommend her to anyone in the area.”

Bree gave me a very thorough tour at the property the following weekend. I appreciated that she was not pushing at all during the tour.
